In 2015, AQUAPOLIS shopping and entertainment center with the largest shopping gallery and water park in the city will open in Pskov

The developer of the project is tGroup of companies LUG. Jones Lang LaSalle consulting company (J.L.LaSalle) has provided the analysis of economic feasibility, development of the project concept, as well as recommendations for its implementation.

The company MAGAZIN MAGAZINOV  was chosen as a consultant and exclusive broker of the project.

The total GPA  of Aquapolis will be 65,000 m2., with leasable area of 34,000 m2. Anchor tenants in the shopping center will be a grocery hypermarket, stores of household appliances and electronics, sports goods and children's goods, represented by large retail operators, leaders in their segments.

The shopping and entertainment center will open a gallery with more than 100 stores of popular federal and international chains. The main entertainment will be represented by multiplex cinema and the only water park in the region. The shopping center will offer available parking for 1100 cars.

AQUAPOLIS shopping center is under construction at the intersection of Kuzbasskoy Divisii and Jubileinaya Streets, which is one of the main traffic arteries of the city. Due to its favourable location in the city, the shopping center will be easily accessible for visitors from anywhere in Pskov, the company's press service notes.
