A new modern residential complex "Smart" will soon appear in Zapskovie

Group of Companies LUG is launching the construction of a new residential complex in the 14th microdistrict of Zapskovie. The new quarter was named "Smart" for a reason.

The houses will have modern facades, which will be the decoration of Zapskovie, and fundamentally new layouts. The territory of the residential complex will be distinguished by spacious courtyards.

It is planned to build a kindergarten and all the necessary infrastructure within walking distance.
